Tom has held positions as Vice President of Managed Care for Catholic Health Initiatives; Senior Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa where he developed Iowa's first statewide-integrated delivery system partnership in conjunction with three major physician-hospital health delivery systems; and Partner and Executive Vice President of McNerney Heintz, Inc., serving as President of HMO Iowa and Healthcare Preferred. Tom has a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.
	Linda M. Her leadership roles have included Vice President of Customer Service at Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Iowa; President of Midwest Select PPO Network, which merged with Midlands Choice in 2000; and currently Vice President of Operations and Client Services.
	Greta R. Vaught Vice President, Contracting and Provider Relations Phone:  (402) 390-1589  Toll-free:  (800) 605-8259, ext. 1589 Fax:  (402) 390-3129 Greta joined Midlands Choice in 2005 as a senior consultant with responsibilities in provider contract negotiations and strategic planning. In 2008, she was appointed Vice President of Operations, leading provider relations, claims and customer service. Before joining Midlands Choice, she was Senior Vice President, PPO Contracting, at Mutual of Omaha. Previously she was Vice President of Managed Care Development at Harris Methodist Health System and Health Plan in Fort Worth, Texas. Greta has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree in biology from The University of Memphis in Tennessee.

He joined Midlands Choice in 2006 as a software developer, was promoted to Manager of Information Technology in 2007, and to Director in 2009.  He leads our team of developers, infrastructure support staff, and project managers. Previously, he worked as a lead analyst/programmer for Ameritas Life Insurance and as a technical consultant working with clients Mutual of Omaha and Westport Benefits TPA. While in the United States Air Force, he worked as a systems support programmer.  Matt has a bachelor's degree in information systems management from the University of Maryland.

McCulley Director, Medical Economics Phone:  (402) 390-7253 Toll-free:  (800) 605-8259, ext. 7253 Fax:  (402) 390-3129 Dan has worked in the healthcare industry since 1995, and has been with Midlands Choice since 2003.  Prior to joining Midlands Choice, his experience included group life/health underwriting, actuarial support, new market modeling, reserve requirement estimations and working with provider-owned health plans.  At Midlands Choice, his team provides a wide spectrum of decision support services for both internal and external clients that include reporting services, reimbursement contract modeling, auditing and product development research.  Dan has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and management from Simpson College, Indianola, Iowa.

Nieman Director, Marketing Phone:  (402) 390-7257 Toll-free:  (800) 605-8259, ext. 7257 Fax:  (402) 390-3129 As Director of Marketing, Kelly facilitates strategic planning and directs all corporate communication efforts, including web development, marketing support, and public relations.  Prior to joining Midlands Choice in 2003, Kelly worked in public relations for Girls and Boys Town, in Boys Town, Neb., and for advertising agency, Bozell Worldwide, in Omaha. She holds a bachelor's degree in corporate communication from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, with minors in business administration and marketing.
	Rick Poskevich Director, Finance Phone:  (402) 390-1579 Toll-free:  (800) 605-8259, ext. 1579 Fax:  (402) 390-3129 Rick served in various accounting roles throughout his career at Ag Processing Inc., Condon Leasing Co., and St. Luke's Health System, all in Iowa, prior to joining Midlands Choice as the Manager of Finance in 2007.   He was promoted to Director in 2009.  Rick manages everything financial at Midlands Choice from accounts payable and receivable to budget, payroll, and the company's investment portfolio. Rick received a bachelor of science in accounting and business administration from Morningside College, Sioux City, Iowa. He is CPA certified and participates in the Institute of Management Accountants.

She cares for each individual at Midlands Choice with primary responsibility for Human Resources and Facilities, as well as corporate philanthropy and community involvement. Previously, she worked in administration for an Omaha-based health and life insurance company. Sharon has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in management. She was a member of the Breast Cancer Awareness Board in Omaha, the Foster Care review board, and has served on several educational boards.
	Timothy A. Tim worked in private practice and as in-house counsel for a software company and an engineering consulting firm prior to joining Midlands Choice in 2003.  Tim also serves on the board of directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mid-America Section.
