Hospital Survey Results Compiled
Responses to our survey of network hospitals’ satisfaction with Midlands Choice were positive, as reported in the chart below. In addition, hospitals reported their three top concerns as:
- reimbursements—timeliness/accuracy, and an increasing number of Medicare patients;
-
the challenges of remaining compliant with government regulations and insurance companies’ administrative complexities; and
-
keeping up with technology.
Results of the physician office survey were reported in the December 2007 newsletter.
