CIGNA Modifier 59 Update

CIGNA has reduced its list of code combinations requiring supporting documentation by approximately 25 percent. The code pair list is available on CIGNA's secure website.  Click "Resources," then "Clinical Reimbursement Policies and Payment Policies," then "Modifiers and Reimbursement Policies."
