Great-West Accesses Midlands Choice in South Dakota

Effective April 1, 2010, approximately 70 groups administered by Great-West Healthcare, which is now part of CIGNA, will begin accessing the Midlands Choice network in South Dakota.  This change applies to all Great-West groups in South Dakota, regardless of their effective dates.  New cards will be issued.

For services rendered on or after April 1, submit claims to Midlands Choice.  For services rendered before April 1, continue to submit claims as instructed on previous Great-West cards.
