Midlands Choice now has an online method for submitting CMS-1500 claims at no charge.

• No security code or specialized software is needed. 
• Use any standard Internet browser. 
• Replaces paper CMS-1500s for non-EDI offices.  You can also submit corrected claims. 
• With prompts for all the information needed for repricing, submitting claims online helps avoid payment delays.
