CIGNA/Great-West Reimbursement Policy Integration

CIGNA is continuing the process of integrating Great-West Healthcare policies to help simplify the administrative process.   Beginning August 6, 2009, Great-West Healthcare reimbursement and modifier policies were aligned with CIGNA policies.

Updated reimbursement policies are posted on CIGNA's secure website. Click "Resources", "Secure Information", "Look Up Information About", and "Modifier". Providers who are not currently registered for access to the secure site will need to do so.
