Eagle Windows and Doors
Eagle Windows and Doors, a division of Anderson Windows, will begin utilizing the Midlands Choice network as of January 1, 2010. The group will be administered by HealthPartners, whose members access Midlands Choice through CIGNA's national network.
Based in Dubuque, Iowa, the group has approximately 500 employees.
