By registering for a secure web account, provider office staff gain access to online tools that assist with submitting and tracking claims:

Claims Tracking System (CTS): Track status and view details about repriced, pended, or rejected claims that have been submitted to Midlands Choice within the last two years. View a summary of claim activity or access a repricing face sheet and a copy of the claim. Claims for Aetna, CIGNA and Principal are not available on this website.
Employer/Group Lookup: Find active and historical information (within the past 18 months) for employer groups accessing our network, including effective and termination dates, group name and number, claim filing address, payer contact information, and more.
Payer Listing: View, print or export a list of current Midlands Choice payers and their contact information.
Individual Policies: View, print or export information from the past 18 months that will assist you when inquiring about or filing claims for individual policies.
