To remain compliant with regulations protecting patient privacy, we encrypt any e-mail that contains Patient Health Information (PHI) before sending it to payers. Opening these e-mails requires secure login.
It is especially important to keep track of your username and password. If you cannot remember your information, it is our policy to delete your account. The next time you receive encrypted e-mail from us, you will need to register for a new account. You will no longer have access to e-mails that were sent to the deleted account.
