Redesigned online forms for submitting group enrollment and termination information will be included in the “Payers, Brokers and Employers” section of a newly designed Midlands Choice website that will be launched in April.
As with the current site, payer clients also will be able to view (or print) current and past newsletters and marketing materials. Functionality of the Claim Tracking System (CTS) will remain the same, although it will have a new “look.” Online provider search and customized directory features will remain the same.
Also similar to the current site but with updated graphics, content will be divided into sections for general users, as well as for providers and for members, in addition to the payer/broker/employer section.
