As shown in the chart below, we have added the ability to quickly create regional provider listings to our Custom Directory tool for six metropolitan areas in our core service area. To read or print copies of instructions for generating regional directories, click here.
Note: As previously announced, copies of the 2010/2011 directory are still available, but due to decreasing demand, increasing costs, and continued enhancement of online tools, this is the last printed directory that will be available at no additional charge.
