Midlands Choice online provider search and custom directory tools now require selection of the member's insurance company and network before entering search criteria.
This change is outlined in these helpful, how-to documents:
Addition of this feature and publication of more comprehensive how-to guides helps prepare for phasing out publication of printed directories. As previously announced in 2009 Renewal Season Updates, due to decreased demand, the Fall 2010 edition will be the last printed directory we produce. Copies will be available to order free of charge for the upcoming renewal season; thereafter, printed directories can be ordered at cost (more details to follow).
