Results of the Midlands Choice biannual survey of network physicians and hospitals are being tallied and will be published in provider and payer newsletters and on our website.
The survey asks providers to rate areas such as customer service, claim repricing, provider relations and provider communications, as well as overall satisfaction, comparison of Midlands Choice to other networks, providers' anticipated challenges, and ways Midlands Choice can improve its service.
