Aetna Signature Administrators

For groups covered through Aetna Signature Administrators, do not send claims to Aetna or to Midlands Choice.

These groups are administered through third party administrators, including Allied Benefit Systems, American Veterinary Medical Association, Chesterfield Resources, CoreSource, FMH Benefit Administrators, Starmark Insurance Company, Trustmark Insurance Company, UMR and Wells Fargo. The TPAs verify eligibility before forwarding claims to Aetna for repricing. Claims are paid by the TPAs.

The groups administered through this arrangement can be identified by the appearance of the words "Aetna Signature Administrators" or logo on members' ID cards. Claim addresses, which are different for each TPA, are printed on ID cards. If a card is not available, use Employer/Group Lookup (secure logon required) to verify claim mailing addresses.
