Beginning with dates of service January 1, 2012 and forward, American Enterprise Services Company employee claims should be submitted to the Aetna claims address, P.O. Box 981106, El Paso, TX, 79998-1106. Principal will be performing run-out for claims with dates of service prior to January 1. These claims should continue to be submitted to Principal.
