Send Assurant Claims to Midlands Choice

All claims for Assurant members should be sent to Midlands Choice for repricing, including claims for members of John Alden, Time and Fortis.  Assurant recently implemented a process change and will no longer accept claims sent directly to them.   These claims will be returned to the providers as the claims need to be repriced by Midlands Choice before the payer can adjudicate benefits.   You will greatly enhance your ability to receive timely payment by submitting claims to Midlands Choice first.
