Addresses for mailing paper claims and correspondence to CIGNA and three of its TPA partners changed as of January 1, 2011. Cards will continue to show old addresses until groups renew throughout this year. Claims are not being forwarded.
For CIGNA patients who have not received new cards, mail claims to P.O. Box 182223, Chattanooga, TN, 37422. Otherwise, use the addresses shown on cards.
For patients with coverage administered by APWUHP, Carpenters District Council of KC and Vicinity, or the National Association of Letter Carriers, the new address is P.O. Box 188004, Chattanooga, TN, 37422.
Mailing addresses for two other TPA partners--HealthPartners and Preferred Care--have not changed.
