Providers who are enrolled for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from CIGNA will soon be able to access remittance reports and Explanations of Payment (EOPs) on CIGNA's secure website.
Currently, copies of these transactions are mailed. Beginning in early 2011, providers who are registered for CIGNA's claim status inquiry will receive access to online remittance reports and EOPs without registering for a separate account.
If you are not currently registered for an account, click "Registration" on the CIGNA for Health Care Professionals home page
Note: If you are enrolled for Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) - ANSI 835 - you will still receive your ERA through your EDI vendor.
