Beginning with January 2010 account renewals, Midlands Choice network members with coverage previously administered by Great-West Healthcare will receive new ID cards. The cards show a CIGNA logo, the Midlands Choice logo and GWH-CIGNA in the upper right-hand corner. Below the GWH-CIGNA information will be the plan/product name. In this example, the product name is "Open Access Plus".
(As of April 1, 2008, Great-West Healthcare became part of CIGNA.)
Continue to submit claims as instructed on ID cards. For groups previously administered by Great-West, submit claims to Midlands Choice. For CIGNA groups, submit claims to CIGNA, a delegated payer.
