We also learned that most offices would prefer an online newsletter to paper, as long as we send e-mail announcements when a new issue has been published.
Based on survey responses, this will be the last paper newsletter that we publish.
To help make sure we aren't missing anyone who wants to be notified when the e-newsletter is published, we're adding a subscription form to the "News" page in the provider portal during the first quarter of 2011.
