At Midlands Choice, we pride ourselves on quality.
But quality, like truth and beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. Therefore, while we believe we deliver exceptional service to the providers in our network, what's really important is whether you, the providers, share that perception.
I am happy to report that it appears you do. On the 2009 survey that was recently completed, 94 percent of physicians said they are satisfied with the service they receive from Midlands Choice, an opinion shared by 93 percent of the hospitals.
This positive perception is evident both in the survey responses themselves and in the number of responses we received.
We like to think our steady improvement (as shown in the accompanying chart) is a direct result of our deliberate efforts to seek your opinions and incorporate your feedback into the routine of operating our business. This give-and-take can only be possible when quality matters to you as much as it does to us, including the quality of communication.
We are honored when you feel vested enough in our partnership to let us know what you think of what we're doing, and how we could improve. In future newsletters and on our website, look for additional details about results of the 2009 survey. The knowledge and insights that you share help us keep getting better and better.
Keep talking, and we'll keep listening.
