A healthcare plan for active employees and retirees of Whirlpool that utilizes the Midlands Choice network was effective January 1, 2010. Previously the group included retirees only.
The Group Number is "WHIRL." For precertification, call 1-800-660-6212. For information about eligibility, benefits and claims, call the group's administrator, HealthScope Benefits, at 1-800-660-6212. Submit claims to Midlands Choice.
