Benefit Management, Inc. (BMI) of Kansas has been awarded the Iowa contract for administration of the new Federal Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan. BMI currently administers Iowa's state high-risk pool.
Enrollment for the federal plan began August 1, 2010.
