Provider Report Card
After a provider or facility has been participating with Midlands Choice for 12 months, a report card based on the provider's Tax Information Number (TIN) can be provided on a quarterly basis. Report cards include helpful information about claim volume and dollar amounts billed, including percentages of your claims that:
- reprice automatically ("first-pass success").
- pend, requiring processor review to determine whether they can be processed manually.
- reject and must be returned for additional information.
The reports also show average time elapsed between:
- service dates and when claims are received by Midlands Choice.
- when we receive claims and when they are repriced or rejected.
