Fall 2008 Provider Workshop Registration Opens

Online registration is open for free provider workshops in October at these locations:
  • Bettendorf, Burlington, Carroll, Cedar Falls, Coralville, Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Des Moines, Mason City, Ottumwa, Sioux City and Spencer in Iowa
  • Columbus, Grand Island, Kearney, Lincoln, Norfolk, North Platte, Omaha and Scottsbluff in Nebraska
  • Rapid City and Sioux Falls in South Dakota
Newly hired office staff, billing personnel and insurance associates are encouraged to attend. Presentations by Midlands Choice provider relations staff will include updates on National Provider Identifiers, payer updates, ID Cards, pre-certification tips, procedures for submitting appeals, coding tips to help reduce claim denials, and HIPAA compliance.
 
Aetna Policy and Practice Update
