Effective June 1, 2012, Aetna will no longer mail claim Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to some providers’ offices. Letters were sent to those providers on March 1. If you received this letter, you will no longer receive paper EOBs from Aetna after May 31.
Electronic copies of Aetna EOBs are available online to registered users of Aetna’s secure provider website. EOBs can be viewed, downloaded and saved as a PDF file, and printed from the site. To register for a user name and password to access the site, visit the new registration page.
