Beginning on May 1, 2012, all Cigna customers with GWH-Cigna cards began accessing Cigna Behavioral Health (CBH) for behavioral benefits. Referring health care professionals can access the list of participating behavioral specialists on the health care professional directory available on the Cigna Secured Provider Portal. Health care professionals may also access the list of participating behavioral health care professionals by going to the Cigna Behavioral Health website, and clicking on the Find a Therapist/Psychiatrist link under the Member tab.
