New Midlands Choice customer service hours will go into effect beginning July 2, 2012.  The new hours of operation for incoming calls will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT;  4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be used to respond to messages left on voice mail throughout the day, as well as email and website inquiries.
