An updated version of the Midlands Choice Provider Operating Manual has been published. This manual is specifically for Midlands Choice contracted providers and is an extension of the agreement. The manual is provided to assist provider office staff in the administration of Midlands Choice programs.  The manual is located in the 'For Healthcare Providers' section of MidlandsChoice.com under 'News & Resources'.
