Providers are required to contact these intermediaries directly to enroll for electronic transaction with HealthPartners. Providers may also check with their current clearinghouse to find out if they can submit to any of the intermediaries.

Midlands Choice will be reaching out to providers' offices in the near future that have a large volume of paper claims submitted to HealthPartners and will assist those offices in getting set up to submit claims electronically.
