Effective January 1, 2019, UnityPoint Health Employee vision benefits are no longer covered under HealthPartners. This change is only for UnityPoint Employees.
UnityPoint HealthPartners members who have coverage through another employer still have vision coverage through HealthPartners. Call the HealthPartners Member Services department at 866-843-3641 with any network or benefits questions.
