Riverstone Capital LLC, a group with Cigna Healthcare, is currently in receivership and all plans under Riverstone have been terminated no later than March 8, 2019. Riverstone customers had access through Cigna’s arrangement with S&S Strategies LTD,   The Sands Tech Group (S&S) which was Riverstone’s TPA.  Providers seeking information regarding the Riverstone situation and any unpaid claims should contact the receivership at https://www.receivermgmt.com/riverstone-nexgenhealthplan.

 

Providers who had claims affected by this should have received a letter from Robert Moore, the receiver.  Please refer to the letter for additional information.
