Beginning September 1, 2020, First Chicago Insurance Company and its subsidiary, United Security Health and Casualty will begin utilizing the Midlands Choice network. The payer will be selling short term individual plans in Iowa and Nebraska. The group numbers will be FCIC for the Iowa business and USHC for the Nebraska business.
