If a claim payment from CoOportunity Health has been received, providers can receive instant access to CoOportunity Health’s secure provider website by going to coOportunityhealth.com/provider, selecting the “Register for Secure Access” link and entering the following:

  • CoOportunity Health claims check/EFT number
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

Once an organization registers, the site delegate can grant access to other users. With secure access, providers can:

  • Locate claim payment details/remittance with an option to print or save
  • Sign up to receive an email notification when a remittance is posted
  • Locate a patient ID number using his or her name and birth date
  • Print or save a time- and date-stamped PDF of a member’s benefits
  • Check claim status

If a claim payment from CoOportunity Health has not been received, providers may request access to the secure provider website by going to coOportunityhealth.com/provider, selecting the “Register for Secure Access” link and entering the organization’s TIN. The PIN needed to access the secure provider website will be sent by mail.
